New roundabout plan approved near to our surgery

From the Lancashire Telegraph:

"Planners have cleared the way for an eight-month project to build a new four-arm roundabout in a busy gateway road in Blackburn, to start in May.

The £1.75million scheme, which will realign Whalley Old Road, will need a lengthy closure causing major traffic disruption."
