Improve your mental health and wellbeing.
Where: Witton Park, Blackburn BB2 2TP
When: Thursdays 11.00am to 2.00pm
Who: Up to 12 men with 2 group leaders.
- Practice coping skills and improve your mental health and wellbeing
- Join for a lunch around a campfire and take in the wildlife at Witton Park
- Try different nature-based activities and improve your connection to nature
- Learn about services in your area that promote health and wellbeing
- Join a community of likeminded men and share your experiences of nature
If you are:
- Male and over 18 years old
- Having challenges with your mental health
- Wanting to improve your confidence and self esteem.
And you are registered with:
- Little Harwood Health Centre
- Oakenhurst Medical Practice
- The Family Practice
To be referred, speak to:
- Your GP practice
- Social prescribing
- Wellbeing service
